Dauntless Creative

www.dauntlesscreative.com

Dauntless Creative gives you exactly that — fearless, targeted and highly effective concepts and content for all corporate communications formats.  Creative director Bill Callejas brings his unique combination of unconventional creativity and strategic insight to meetings and events, film and video and branded environments such as exhibits and permanent installations.  Our focus is to help companies change audience perceptions about their brands and their messages by leveraging the full potential of integrated, results-driven event marketing.

From proposal writing to script, speech and copy writing to complete concept and content development for fully integrated meetings and events, Dauntless Creative disrupts the status quo and transforms the competitive landscape.  Bill is a proven asset for companies on a mission to stand out, engage audiences and deliver explosive, high impact creative solutions that differentiate and define.

Bill Callejas

Bill Callejas is a rare breed, a hybrid creative director and filmmaker with marketing, management and creative experience on both the client and agency sides. His reputation for innovative, strategically focused and emotionally charged creative work has led to assignments from Fortune 100 companies to start ups to some of the top U.S. and global production shops in the industry.

All too often, business messages and events suck the life out of the very audiences they are meant to inspire.  Bill’s combination of strategic insight, unconventional creativity and a passion for telling a story well has consistently disrupted audience preconceptions about corporate communications — particularly in how B2B audiences are treated as consumers of corporate initiatives and information.

And that is what is so unique about Callejas’ work.  He builds the strategic thinking into the creative development process. This fusion gives companies uninterrupted brand and message continuity from strategy to execution, regardless of the medium.  It is this ability to help determine the right move to make (strategy/positioning) and then making the right executional moves (tactics) to pull it off — that make Bill’s perspective and contributions so valuable.

Bill’s experience includes a mix of automotive dealer meetings, high tech user conferences, learning experiences, media events and new product launches as well as videos and corporate image films, speech, script and copy writing and both digital and print marketing collateral.  He has also developed the brand positioning, messaging, creative concepts and content for branded environments including permanent installations, trade shows and exhibitions and for advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.

His client list is diverse and extensive, including projects for AOL, AMD, Baxter Healthcare, BioScrip, BMC Software, Boeing, DELL, GE Commercial Finance, GE Vendor Financial Services, Honda Motorcycles, Infiniti, J.D. Edwards, Mack Trucks, Inc., Mazda, Mitsubishi, Motorola, Nissan, Playboy Enterprises, Quark, Raytheon, Rockwell International, Tektronix and Texas Instruments.  Other clients for whom Bill has created a variety of creative solutions include British Airways, Flowserve, Morgan Stanley, Time-Warner Cable and Westinghouse.

An award-winning video director and creative director for live events; Bill is a recognized creative force in business-to-business event marketing and corporate filmmaking.  He brings to each client engagement an extensive blend of creative, production, and strategic expertise from his time in sales, advertising, commercial and entertainment production and event marketing.

A sales and marketing professional first with Procter & Gamble, then with New York and LA-based ad agencies in account management and strategic planning, Bill FINALLY moved to the creative side of the business in 1990 as a writer/producer and eventually, a director.

His work included projects for NBC, ABC, CBS, Disney and FOX and a plethora of Hollywood production companies.  Callejas was one of the founding partners of Pangaea FilmWorks, Inc., a Tokyo-based production company and for seven years created and directed commercials, promos, and long form projects for global and domestic brands in the US, Japan and Central and South America.

Since entering the events production business in 1997, Bill has worked with Maritz, Caribiner, Jack Morton, MICE iCom and others in both freelance and staff capacities including executive creative director, general manager and CMO positions in New York and Texas.  In that time, he created imaginative experiences for some of the most innovative brands in the world. His domestic and international film and video experience as a writer/director makes him an exceptional asset for global marketing and communications initiatives.

Communications Strategist

Billy Skinner

http://discoveryseries.net/

Using his adept insight into the people processes, Billy Skinner has parlayed his aptitude and performance experience in professional sales into a successful career encompassing the entire sales and marketing focus. During his tenure with a global leader in Pharmaceuticals, Billy's people skills built credibility value in the company by focusing on the "driving" component of the business: their sales people. His natural leadership ability has been his greatest asset professionally and personally. Billy's dedication to the people element of the business world has been the flagship of his career. Billy is a seasoned executive who is respectful of others, open, approachable and a skilled collaborator. He understands the role and language of professional salespeople.

Believing that the quality of training is the true litmus of company culture, the President of the company handpicked Billy for this key role. Billy took strategies, people, and the customer's needs into consideration as this highly visible department developed. The result was clear..."our company is good and credible because we train our "people" to be good and credible!"

Billy held every sales and management position (including home office), and became the developer of those roles. He was innovative and creative in the delivery of the company's mission and sales messages. He could isolate and manage the people strengths to maximum effectiveness.

In a second wind, Billy is still focused on the people aspects of business relationships. He created the Discovery Series Group which conducts training and development seminars on the Elements of leadership for Salespeople, Managers, Teachers, Coaches, and others interested in developing leadership roles. He relishes interaction with groups both small and large. He writes on occasion articles for newspapers and journals, but make no mistake, Billy's niche lies in professional sales.

Billy has compiled his philosophy of sales along with the skilled "function" of sales into a book titled "The Soul of Selling". This marriage of skill and people issues is the ticket. When the professional salesperson knows that the magic of personhood is something worthy of sharing and cares enough to develop the skill of "how" to share, a soul is formed. A soul that generates sales and long term "trust" relationships. Sincerity, empathy, humility, and kindness are the key people issues, selling skills are the easier learnables. When they are combined, watch out! Sales and credible relationships are sure to follow!
